Last year Waterloo Region’s hottest golf tournament was once again a sold out event! Due to the success of the registration lottery we will be taking registrations using the same method this year.
The lottery opens on Monday, April 30 at 9:00 am. The deadline for entry to the lottery is 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 9th. Any emails received before Monday the 30th at 9:00 am or after Wednesday the 9th at 5:00 pm will NOT be included in the lottery draw.
Here’s how you can enter:
Email your “entry” golf@communitech.ca
Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Company name
- Contact telephone number
- Email
- Indicate your request for a foursome registration OR a single registration
(please include the names of participants in your foursome)
Only one entry per foursome or company will be included in the draw. Additional entries will be placed on the waiting list.
We will confirm receipt of all email entries within one business day. Please check your junk mail for replies from golf@communitech.ca.
Our lottery draw will be held on Thursday, May 10th. All successful participants will be notified/contacted by end of business day on Friday, May 11th. At the time of notification you will be required to submit credit card information for payment. There are no invoicing privileges for golf registration. If we are unable to contact you and confirm registration/payment we will move on to the next drawn name.
Single Registration: $175.00 (plus HST)
Foursome Registration: $700.00 (plus HST)
Registration is non-refundable.
There are 10 single registrations and 18 foursomes available in the lottery.
Additional foursomes are reserved for specific level sponsorships. Sponsorships are still available. Please contact Lisa Thompson at lisa@communitech.ca for sponsorship information.
Any entries that are not drawn in the lottery will automatically form our waiting list. We will contact people as any spots become available.
